Moderator: Bryan Gilpin, President, Sunrise Labs

Bryan has spent his career building and growing great organizations to deliver technology that improves lives around the world. His passion for healthcare has led him to lead large-scale teams at Fortune 500 companies and foster innovation in smaller, high-growth startups. Bryan holds an MSEE and an MBA from MIT and a BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois. He loves traveling, running and spending time with his wife and two daughters.

Ryan Myers, CEO & Co-Founder, CranioSense

Ryan Myers is the CEO of CranioSense, with over 15 years of medical device experience, a PhD in bioengineering focused on neurophysiology, and an MBA inentrepreneurship and M&A. He raised over $20M in grants prior to founding CranioSense in 2023 and has raised nearly $4.5M through grants and private, equity-based funding for CranioSense since then.

Denise Dajles, President & CEO, Cytrellis Biosystems, Inc.

Dr. Denise Dajles has over 20 years of experience with expertise in new product development, global regulatory affairs and medical device operations. She serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer at Cytrellis Biosystems. Before that, she was Chief Technology Officer at Sientra where she was responsible for developing the company’s innovation strategy, which included managing the technology roadmap; leading the company’s global regulatory strategy and quality system; scouting and assessing new technologies and leading the overall company’s operations. Prior to Sientra, she led the R&D department at Establishment Labs, worked for companies such as Inamed and Allergan, started two companies, and after successful exits, transitioned to Academia for a time where she led a Research Lab focused on brain-computer interfaces.

Dr. Dajlesis a co-author of several publications in peer-reviewed journals, and a book chapter and is a named inventor on several medical technologies. She holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) and Master of Science (MSc) in Biomedical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis, and a Doctorate in Engineering Management from George Washington University. She is a member of the Board of Directors of Walking Tall Health Pty.

Bertrand Duplat, Co-Founder & CEO, Robeauté

Bertrand Duplat is the Co-Founder and CEO of Robeauté, a MedTech startup pioneering microrobotics for minimally invasive brain therapies. With deep experience in innovation and early-stage ventures, Bertrand has successfully navigated fundraising in challenging markets. His strategic approach to securing financial commitments has helpedposition Robeauté at the forefront of neurotechnology, even amid economic uncertainty
