Partha has played a pivotal role in establishing HCLTech’s market leadership in Lifesciences by forging some of the biggest partnerships and helping customers successfully implement their IT and Engineering Transformation. He is responsible for developing the vision, strategic direction and build domain led solutions across MedTech, Pharma and CROs.

An HCLTech veteran, Partha championed the digital transformation in this segment by leading a team of solution architects to conceptualize and create HCL’s IP in Connected Healthcare Ecosystem – C.A.R.E (Connecting Assets in a Regulated Environment).C.A.R.E is deployed in many Fortune 500 companies and is a key enabler in implementing digital adoption with measurable outcomes across these companies. Partha has worked closely with client executives responsible for “Time to Profit” and jointly developed disruptive solutions to onboard and implement a digital economy.Partha holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering and a Master’s in Business Administration. He lives in Dallas, is an avid reader, follows Dallas Cowboys and Indian Test Cricket passionately, and likes to strum his guitar.

Keith Lavery, VP, Data, Analytics and AI, Zimmer Biomet

Keith Lavery is Vice President of Data Analytics & Artificial Intelligence at Zimmer Biomet, where he leads the company’s enterprise AI, data, and analytics strategy. With nearly two decades of experience in data, analytics, business intelligence, and digital transformation, Keith focuses on building AI-powered capabilities that transform how organizations operate, innovate, and deliver business value.

Prior to Zimmer Biomet, Keith spent more than eight years at Intuitive Surgical as Senior Director of Enterprise Analytics, leading data and analytics initiatives that supported business growth and operational excellence. He has also held leadership positions at Ask.com, Riverbed Technology, and Wind River, driving enterprise intelligence, data platform modernization, and analytics transformation programs.

Keith specializes in enterprise AI strategy, AI operating models, intelligent products, data platforms, governance, and workforce transformation. He is passionate about helping organizations harness AI to improve decision-making, accelerate innovation, enhance quality outcomes, and unlock measurable business value.

Keith holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with a minor in Information Systems from Drexel University.
