Jamie Bzdyra, Director, Risk & Regulatory, PwC

Jaime is a Director in PwC’s Risk & Regulatory practice, where she advises medtech, healthcare, and pharmaceutical clients on compliance and anti-bribery and corruption matters across the deal lifecycle. She has led compliance due diligence engagements for medtech acquirers across numerous transactions, helping clients assess target companies’ compliance programs, identify ABAC and regulatory risks, evaluate third-party and HCP-related exposure, and translate findings into SPA protections and post-close integration plans. Her engagements have spanned strategic acquisitions, bolt-ons, and cross-border deals across Asia, Central Europe, Latin America, and North America.

James Woods, Principal, PwC

James Woods is a Principal in PwC’s Deals practice in Boston specializing in corporate finance and valuations. James is a leader in PwC’s medical device sector practice and life sciences valuation practice in the US. ​ He has over 20 years of experience in valuation analysis and financial advisory work related to mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, corporate restructurings, capital market transactions, and strategic decision making.

Justin Will, Managing Director, Compliance, PwC

Justin is a Managing Director in our Pharma & Life Sciences Managed Services practice with more than 17 years of consulting and life sciences industry experience with a particular focus in MedTech including significant time collaborating with MedTech Industry Associations. Justin has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from St. Joseph’s University, a Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law, and a Graduate Certificate from George Washington University.
