AdvaMed Comments on Advance Notice of Medicare Advantage Capitation Rates and Part C and D Payment Policies

On March 4, AdvaMed submitted comments on the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services’ Advance Notice of Methodological Changes for Calendar Year 2023 for Medicare Advantage Capitation Rate and Part C and Part D Payment Policies, wherein AdvaMed provided recommendations for updates to the Medicare Advantage program in response to an anticipated increase in end-stage renal disease (ESRD) patient enrollment following expansion of the program to ESRD patients under the 21st Century Cures Act.
