AdvaMed® Comments on Advance Notice of Medicare Advantage Capitation Rates and Part C and D Payment Policies

On March 4, AdvaMed® submitted comments on the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services’ Advance Notice of Methodological Changes for Calendar Year 2023 for Medicare Advantage Capitation Rate and Part C and Part D Payment Policies, wherein AdvaMed® provided recommendations for updates to the Medicare Advantage program in response to an anticipated increase in end-stage renal disease (ESRD) patient enrollment following expansion of the program to ESRD patients under the 21st Century Cures Act.
