Letter to the Editor: Article on Device Sterilization Didn’t Provide the Complete Picture

Lucy Fraiser, Ph.D., a board-certified toxicologist, recently responded in a letter to the editor of Modern Healthcare about the publication’s recent coverage of the EPA’s work on ethylene oxide. As Dr. Fraiser states,

“If every commercial sterilization facility closed tomorrow, the public wouldn’t be appreciably safer from EtO emissions.”
