Monika McDole-Russell is a seasoned regulatory affairs executive currently serving as the Sr. Director of Global Regulatory Intelligence and Advertising/Promotion at Intuitive. With extensive global experience in Class II and III medical devices, including AI/ML technologies, Monika has successfully led regulatory strategies for over 25 products and engaged with agencies like the FDA and EU Notified Bodies. Previously, Monika held senior roles at Medtronic and DePuy Synthes, where they shaped regulatory strategies and mentored emerging professionals. In addition to their leadership in regulatory affairs, Monika is a committed advocate for gender equity in STEMM. Monika holds a Professional Certificate in Computer Science for Artificial Intelligence from Harvard University.

Dr Julia Grapsa is an associate physician, specialized in valvular heart disease and echocardiography. She is the Director for Education in echocardiography at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and faculty staff for Harvard Medical School. Prior to this position, she served as an attending cardiologist at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trustin London since March 2020. She led the imaging team for tricuspid services. Prior to that position, she was director for non-invasive cardiology at Royal London Hospital. She has been an attending cardiologist since 2013.

With 6 successful transactions and over 20 years in pharmaceuticals, digital health, and women’s health, she brings a wealth of experience to the medtech industry. A deep believer in collaboration within our shared healthcare ecosystem, Tracy serves on the Board of Directors for AdvaMed as well as on the AdvaMed Accel Board of Directors. Tracy is President and CEO of Materna Medical, a novel OBGYN platform company that defines a $25B market in the most common pelvic conditions women face.
Tracy holds a BE in Chemical Engineering from The Cooper Union and graduated summa cum laude with an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
