She also has experience leading sales organization assessments, job role design, and compensation assessment and design.
Mike White, Alexander Group
Mike White is a principal in the Chicago office and is a leader of Alexander Group’s Healthcare practice. Mike has experience leading multiple sales transformations, as well as targeted engagements focused on areas such as go-to-market strategy, job role design, territory optimization and sales compensation. Mike’s experience spans multiple industries, with a majority in medtech.
