Closing the Gender Health Gap: Driving Accountability through the [w]Health Index

September 30, 2025
11:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Join Kearney in discussion of how today’s women face a number of disadvantages in healthcare, from a lack of funding and research into female diseases to drugs and devices being tested and designed for the male anatomy. The experience of care provided in this unequal healthcare system is leaving women feeling sidelined and inadequately supported. The [w]Health Index is a new tool which aims to support organizations in taking action to advance the health of women and drive accountability by assessing current activities, comparing against peers, and learning from best practices, which also enables better health and business outcomes.

Join this session to learn more about our preliminary findings of the [w]Health MedTech Index and hear from industry leaders about what they’re doing to start taking action to redesign healthcare with women in mind and close the gender health gap.
