Joe Mullings – Chairman & CEO, The Mullings Group Companies
Joe is the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of The Mullings Group Companies, which includes TMG Search and Dragonfly. With over three decades in the industry, the search firm is responsible for more than 9,000 successful medtech / healthtech / life sciences searches with clients ranging from multi-billion-dollar companies to emerging high-tech organizations worldwide. TMG’s international presence and work with over 900 companies allow them to provide solutions to the clients they partner with across the globe.
As the first search firm to integrate media and talent access, Dragonfly was launched as a media production company, complete with a state-of-the-art studio, for use by clients and partners for attention and awareness. Dragonfly is the media machine behind the 9-time Award-Winning video docuseries, “TrueFuture,” of which Joe is the host. He is also the founder of TMGPulse, a MedTech news and opinion website.
Joe is an influential figure in medtech, actively advising emerging tech startups and serving on various industry boards. He is also deeply engaged in the investor community as an angel investor. He holds an engineering degree from the University of Dayton, Ohio.

Nicole Ager – Chief Marketing Officer, The Mullings Group Companies
Nicole Ager is Chief Marketing Officer for The Mullings Group Companies, where she leads all marketing initiatives and shapes brand strategy across its portfolio. She also runs Dragonfly, the media/marketing/production arm of the TMG companies, partnering with and advising clients to create impactful attention and awareness in the market.
She was Executive Producer for LESAB TRA, a multiple award-winning documentary produced by Dragonfly. Previously, Nicole managed a $6M+ business within a global, publicly traded luxury company, spearheading special projects, driving business development, and leading teams of 50+.
She earned a double major in Marketing and Management, with a minor in Spanish, from the University of South Carolina’s Darla Moore School of Business.
