John Babitt, Partner, Life Sciences
John is a partner with over 30 years of experience, all in the life sciences and health care industry.
He advises strategic and private equity life science clients on various projects, including M&A, supply chain, IT, and financial and tax considerations. John has extensive experience across all sectors of life sciences with a focus on medical technology.

Maryline is a MedTech and Life Sciences professional with over 20 years of business and digital transformation experience. She focuses on improving patient outcomes by designing health care solutions that prioritize patients and digital tech.
Maryline previously held sales and marketing management positions in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries, led commercial operations at a Singapore-based health tech start-ups, and was responsible for 31 countries’ patient engagement strategies and new partnerships in the pharmaceutical sector.
Jay Zhu, EY-Parthenon Principal, Strategy and Transactions
