This Guidance Document provides companies with direction on implementing legitimate, bona fide training and education programs in a way that meets government expectations while ensuring HCPs receive the best, high-quality technical and educational information. In addition, the document expands on existing concepts in the AdvaMed Code (i.e., selecting speakers, identifying attendees, tracking details about programs, providing meals, selecting venue, etc.).
