WASHINGTON, D.C.– Experts from government, industry and academia provide a comprehensive perspective of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic as The Virtual Medtech Conference, powered by AdvaMed, concludes three days of livestream content tomorrow.
Plenary sessions include interviews exploring current and future ramifications of the pandemic for the medtech industry and patient care with: Medtronic CEO Geoff Martha; Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan (R); Johnson & Johnson Chief Scientific Officer Dr. Paul Stoffels; and Michael T. Osterholm, Director of the University of Minnesota’s Center for Infectious Disease Research and Policy.
Additional COVID-related programming includes a Fireside Chat with Dr. Robert Kadlec, Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services; and Health Care in Unprecedented Times: NHS England Responds to COVID during Brexit with Lord Prior of Brampton, Chair of England’s National Health Service, and Association of British HealthTech Industries Chief Executive Peter Ellingworth.

Day 3 of the Conference will also feature an interview with Col.
