From Data Chaos to Trusted AI in MedTech:
Data Quality, Knowledge Graphs & Semantic Layers That Make It Possible
September 10, 2026
12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
Join Genpact’s webinar discussing how AI is reshaping what’s possible in MedTech with faster decisions, stronger service performance, and better customer outcomes. However, AI is only as trustworthy as the data beneath it. When data is fragmented across clinical, commercial, supply chain, and service functions, even the best AI models produce outputs leaders can’t act on.
The solution isn’t more data – “it’s better-connected data”. In this session, Genpact’s Chetan Chopra (VP, Data & AI Advisor) leads a practitioner discussion with Adrian Magram (VP MDM Practice) and Jamie McCusker (Lead, Knowledge Engineering Practice), drawing on Genpact’s experience running service operations for leading medical device companies. Together they unpack the three building blocks MedTech leaders need: Data Quality – Clean & governed; knowledge graphs that connect fragmented service domains; and semantic layers that make data meaningful, contextual to processes and machine ready.
Ultimately, attendees will leave with a framework for connecting, governing, and activating service data and a roadmap for scaling AI from pilot to confident business outcomes.

With 30+ years spanning the full arc of digital evolution — from his early start on a neural networks project to enterprise modernization and hybrid AI frameworks — Chetan brings both technical depth and business pragmatism to every engagement, helping organizations connect, govern, and unlock their data to build scalable, enterprise-grade AI solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.

Jamie McCusker, Lead, Knowledge Engineering Practice, Genpact
Jamie McCusker is the Knowledge Engineering Practice Lead at Genpact, where she built Anchor Semantics, the firm’s methodology for standards-driven semantic layers, and now leads its knowledge engineering advisory group. She holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where she spent a decade directing knowledge graph R&D at the Tetherless World Constellation under Prof. Deborah L. McGuinness. A frequent speaker and writer on semantic AI, she presented “Enterprise FAIR Knowledge Graphs for Drug Development” at the Knowledge Graph Conference Healthcare and Life Sciences Symposium in 2026 and hosts The Opinionated Ontologist podcast. Her background spans academic knowledge-graph research, computational biology, and enterprise ontology engineering, with deep expertise in RDF, OWL, SPARQL, and Graph AI/LLM integration.
