AdvaMed® Resources for Venezuelan Earthquake Response
The U.S. government is coordinating with AdvaMed® and its member companies to support humanitarian response and recovery efforts following the earthquakes in Venezuela. The earthquakes are among the most devastating seismic events in South American history, with the death toll continuing to rise and thousands of people requiring medical care.
Medical Supply Donations
The U.S. Embassy in Caracas has shared a list of urgently needed medical supplies and equipment:
The Embassy is determining the most effective channels for coordinating donations. We will update this page once a centralized POC has been established.
In the meantime, members interested in providing goods, services, logistics support, or specialized technical capabilities may submit the following information to [email protected]:
- Organization name and primary point of contact
- Description of the goods, services, or capabilities your organization can provide
- Whether the offer is a donation, discounted service, cost-recovery support, or commercial service
- Quantity, location, and timeline for availability
- Any known Venezuelan recipient, local partner, NGO, or logistics provider
