Erin Lee serves as Senior Vice President of Marketing Strategy & Growth at AdvaMed. In this role, she leads the organization’s centralized marketing strategy, bringing together events, digital initiatives, and technology to strengthen member engagement, expand industry reach, and connect the global medtech community.

Lee joined AdvaMed in 2023 and has played a key role in advancing the organization’s marketing and engagement efforts. She oversees brand strategy, marketing operations, and customer engagement across AdvaMed’s portfolio, including The MedTech Conference, where she has led the launch of new offerings and experiences—such as the MedTech Campus—and driven a more customer-informed approach to programming and engagement.

Previously, Lee held senior leadership roles at mdg, A Freeman Company, where she developed digital and revenue strategies for leading associations and global events. She also spent 14 years at the Biotechnology Innovation Organization, where she played a key role in scaling the BIO International Convention into the world’s largest partnering event, earning a Guinness World Records recognition.

Lee is a frequent speaker at association and marketing industry events, sharing perspectives on growth strategy, digital transformation, and audience engagement. She earned a degree in journalism from the University of South Carolina.
