Together, we will engage and elevate a community of LGBTQ executives, employees and allies to create a more diverse and welcoming professional environment.

Str8 Talk

The PRIDE Leadership Network hosted its first Str8 Talk Panel Discussion. Str8 Talk is a panel discussion between individuals representing different identities within the LGBTQ community. The panelists spoke on what pride means to them, the importance of representation in the workplace, their personal experiences with being out professionally, and more.
