AdvaMed Responds to White House Office of Science and Technology Policy Request for Information on Strengthening Community Health Through Technology
On March 25, AdvaMed submitted a response to a White House Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP) Request for Information (RFI) on Strengthening Community Health Through Technology. In this RFI, OSTP requested input from stakeholders about how digital technologies are used, or could be used in the future, to transform community health, individual wellness, and health equity. AdvaMed submitted a response which provided key input on successful models of digital technologies delivering health care and improving health care outcomes; barriers to the use of digital health technologies in community-based settings; trends from the COVID-19 pandemic in the use of digital health technologies; and the potential of digital technologies to promote health equity in community-based care.
