AdvaMed's Women's Executive Network and MassMEDIC's Women in Medtech are co-hosting the 2017 Women's Executive Network Conference.  Across this unique one-day event, we’ll feature a range of executives from across the medical device and corporate world to discuss various issues pertaining to gender diversity in the leadership and executive ranks across our industry.  We welcome men and women from across medtech to participate in this highly interactive and discussion based event.  Suggested attendees include medtech professionals who are in leadership positions and serve as Directors, VPs, and in the C-suite across their organizations.

New to this year, we are inviting attendees to bring along a rising female staff member from their organization to learn, network, and participate in the conference.  Please note that this individual must attend with their company leader and not in their place.  Once registered, email advamedevents@advamed.org with the name, title, and contact information of your +1 rising leader and she will be registered.

The goal of AdvaMed's Women's Executive Network (WEN) initiative is to promote and cultivate female executive leadership across the medical device industry.  WEN aims to integrate women leaders from member companies into AdvaMed’s work and to support the medical device industry as its companies emphasize elevating their women executives to senior leadership positions through webinars, in-person events, LinkedIn, and other opportunities. WEN advocates for women to have a voice where decisions are being made by addressing key issues facing female executives in these industries and identifying effective career management strategies.  To learn more about WEN, click here.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellations must be received via email to advamedevents@advamed.org. Cancellations received 10 business days or more prior to the start of the program are eligible for a full refund. There will be no refunds for cancellations received less than 10 business days prior to the start of the program, including "no shows". 

We welcome substitutions in lieu of cancellations at any time. Please contact advamedevents@advamed.org with the substitute's registration information. All cancellation refunds will be processed within 30 business days from date cancellation request is received.

Topics and speakers are subject to change without notice. AdvaMed reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any program, and the full registration fee will be refunded or applied to the rescheduled program in accordance with the registrant's preference. In the event of cancelled programs, AdvaMed assumes no responsibility for transportation, hotel, or other expenses incurred by registrants.
