Hillary Medina is the Director of Recall Business Development at Novasyte LLC. Novasyte partners with med-tech companies, offering outsourced contract clinical, field technical and recall teams and services. Our cloud-based S.M.A.R.T. Recall Program is an integrated, software and service-based solution to address the increasing challenges med-tech companies face when managing a recall. Our platform tracks every activity in real-time, including mock recalls, plan development, consignee notification, virtual or field-based product remediation, warehousing, and ongoing reporting.
Hillary has been with Novasyte for seven years - managing, implementing and overseeing many of our med-tech partnerships. With more than 17 years of experience delivering quality service to Fortune 500 organizations, her primary responsibility as Director of Recall Business Development is to consult with med-tech companies on recall strategies, implement, and oversee Novasyte's S.M.A.R.T. Recall delivery model, and manage customer relationships. Hillary received a BS in Mathematics from Concordia University and is busy at home with her active family of five.
