Associate Membership
Eligibility
AdvaMed's Associate Membership Program is an opportunity for professional service firms that support the medical industry to gain the benefits of membership in the largest and most effective medical technology trade association in the world.
Eligible Associate Members include, but are not limited to:
Accounting/finance, consulting, economic development, insurance, investment, legal, technical, and venture capital firms
To be eligible for Associate Membership, a firm may not be engaged in the manufacture of medical devices, diagnostic products or health information systems.
Platinum Associate Members
- Exclusive sponsorship of one of two eligible meetings of the AdvaMed Board of Directors held in Washington, D.C.
- Logo and recognition as a Board Meeting sponsor on the AdvaMed Web site.
- Custom-made signage displayed at the meeting.
- Verbal acknowledgement at the Board Meeting.
- Display table for literature at your sponsored portion of the meeting.
- Greeting to attendees and introduction of guest of honor.
- Ability to place branded item at each seat during dinner.
- Invitation for up to three representatives to attend the dinner and reception at your sponsored meeting of the Board of Directors.
- First consideration for consideration as a speaker for AdvaMed's Medical Technology Learning Institute (MTLI) educational courses.
- First consideration for leadership of a session on the monthly EGCC conference call series, which reaches decision-makers at smaller, Emerging Growth Companies.
- First opportunity on sponsorship of the Emerging Growth Company conferences attended by CEOs and other senior management.
- ALL BENEFITS LISTED IN THE GOLD CATEGORY.
Gold Associate Member Benefits
- Invitation for one representative to attend the dinner and reception at all meetings of the Board of Directors.
- Consideration as a speaker for AdvaMed's Medical Technology Learning Institute (MTLI) courses, featuring educational programs designed by and for members.
- Access to the Members Only section of AdvaMed's Web site, AdvaMed.org, one of the most active medical technology sites, receiving about 500,000 "contacts," including more than 70,000 lengthy user sessions, a month. (Access limited to five individuals)
- Reduced fees for sponsoring table top exhibits at MTLI meetings.
- Member-only discounts on seminars, conferences and exhibits and first option on sponsorships.
- Receive timely information, including AdvaMed's highly respected bi-weekly newsletter, In Brief, and Medical Technology and Innovation (MT&I), a weekly publication dedicated to the policy challenges faced by breakthrough technology companies.
- Recognition as an Associate Member in AdvaMed.org's member directory with a link to your firm's Web site including a brief description of your own firm.
- Invitation to attend AdvaMed's Annual Meeting, the industry's premier educational and social event.
- Inclusion in all member listings displayed in conference and meeting materials.
- Participation in AdvaMed's Innovation Councils, a grassroots activity to advocate the value of medical technology.
Dues and Renewal
PLATINUM Associate Membership: $25,000 Annually (limited to two companies)
GOLD Associate Membership: $15,000 Annually
