Innovation and Medical Advances to be Highlighted on Final Day of Inaugural AdvaMed 2007 Conference

AdvaMed 2007, the inaugural MedTech conference, will kick off its final day of programs with company presentations, panels focused on innovation and quality of life for patients, and a keynote address by former President George H.W. Bush, the 41st President of the United States.
Today, venture capitalists, investors, licensing officials, policy makers and others will hear more than 40 company presentations selected by the AdvaMed 2007 business development committee. Companies from 16 states and three countries, and at all stages of development, will present innovative technologies and intellectual property in the categories of Ophthalmology, Cardiovascular, Diagnostics, Imaging, Orthopedics, Wound Care and Additional Hot Topics.
